
A Threshold figure is agreed and entered onto our system when numbers are activated.
The Threshold figure represents what a client wants to commit to in terms of incoming call volumes and therefore costs.
It’s a useful way of signalling high levels of activity which could potentially take a client above their budgeted figure.
So it’s important management information, delivered in a timely fashion.
Once the customer reaches this level of incoming calls an email will be sent to them or the reseller / dealer informing them that their pre-agreed Threshold has been achieved.
The email contains a live link to a report showing a real-time figure of calls.
This can be slightly different to what the email content states, as the link shows right up to the moment information.
