Summary Report

This is a weekly or monthly report which is a snap shot of calls.
This report can be on all numbers or selected numbers.

The report includes graphs by time of day, and volume of calls together with a management summary.

Buzz delivers call reports to the customer as opposed to the customer having to obtain them via Media Manager Online.
