Helping you manage your incoming calls more efficientlyYou can control what happens to incoming calls to your Buzz number at different times of the day and days of the week. For example, you may have all calls sent to your landline during working hours, your mobile after hours and at the weekend, they are sent to your Buzz PA service. Other popular options such as, Store Locate and Geographic Routing, are also available. Store Locate gives the caller a choice of stores to connect to. Geographic Routing plans are predetermined by you. For example, calls originating from Scotland can be answered in the Scottish office. Call Announcement advises you that the call you are about to receive has been made to your advertised number. Because you can have calls sent to your office, mobile or even your home phone at different times of the day or the days of the week it would be easy for you to be caught off guard.
