Intelligent /Call Routing  

Buzz customers can control what happens to incoming calls to their advertised numbers and incoming calls. Callers can be directed to either a landline / mobile or different office sites depending on the day of week or the time of day to suit your requirements. Buzz also offer a 24/7 PA service for those important out of hours calls-with the details either being emailed to you or sent by sms.

Other popular routing options are available such as:

  • Geographic Routing
  • Store Locate - based on your dialling location the nearest store will be read out.
  • Bank Holiday Routing
  • Busy No Answer Diverts
  • Voicemail
  • Automated Data Capture - leaving your name and address details.
  • Route to Mobile - calls can be routed to a lanline then diverted to a mobile if the call is unanswered or busy.
  • Interactive Voice Response Services - eg press 1 for sales, press 2 for accounts.
  • CLI Routing -based on your location ie the number you are dialling from, your call will be directed accordingly.

  • Even if you choose to use a simple point to point routing plan you can add a call announcement to prompt you so you know where the call was generated from e.g. "This call was generated by The Daily Telegraph advert". This prompt will only be hear by the person answering the call.
