They don’t want to have to fill in a form or write an email, send it off and then wait for the reply– they just want to talk to someone. It can be the same when it comes to paying – some people just won’t give their credit card details online – again, they want to talk to a real person. With a Buzz Button on your web site, they can. All they have to do is click the Buzz Button and type in their phone number. The customer can choose when they want to talk to you; straightaway, in a few minutes or much later. Buzz Networks sets up the call between them and you, at no cost to the customer.
